  13.      Master Amortizer  is a powerful amortization program with
  14.      a number of useful functions.  In addition to calculating
  15.      payments,  it can create a  comparative table of payments
  16.      and, of course, a variable amortization schedule with any
  17.      start date and any year end. In its present form, Master
  18.      Amortizer  is a shareware product.  For use beyond 30 days
  19.      or you want the latest update, please register as described  
  20.      on the last page of this documentation. A registered copy
  21.          has no nag box.

  24. INSTALLATION>
  25.  
  26.      Copy AMORTW.EXE and AMORTW.HLP into the directory you intend 
  27.      to use. AMORTW.INI saves certain variable data so you won't
  28.      have to reload it. It is preloaded with defaults. It should
  29.      be copied to the Windows directory. SPIN.DLL, BWCC.DLL and 
  30.      WORKLIB2.DLL should be copied to either the Windows directory
  31.          or the Windows system directory.

  34. HELP FILES>
  35.  
  36.      AMORTW.HLP was created using WinHelp 3.10, the current release
  37.          of WinHelp. WinHelp 3.0 that came with Windows 3.0 will not
  38.          read the file. The distribution file that is sent with your
  39.          registration contains WinHelp 3.10 and will read previous
  40.          version files.

  43. OPERATION>
  44.  
  45.      AMORTW.EXE allows you to create amortization and payment
  46.      comparison windows(MDI). You can change all the data elements
  47.      that affect the calculations as well as options that affect
  48.      the appearance of the amortization. The Windows Help file
  49.      includes context sensitive help, so you should have no problem
  50.      following the flow.

  54. ENHANCEMENTS>
  55.  
  56.      Enhancements since the original release include:                     
  57.          spreadsheet file export, PC Status, additional help,
  58.          odd-month loans, a command bar, multiple printer
  59.          selection and support, remaining balance and extra
  60.      payment calculations, and multiple payments frequencies.

  68. REGISTRATION/COMMENTS>

  70.      A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  71.      Master Amortizer only for the trial use of others, 
  72.      subject to the following:

  74.      - Master Amortizer must be copied in unmodified form,
  75.        complete with all the files that accompanied it.
  76.  
  77.          - Master Amortizer may not be distributed in conjunction
  78.        with any other product with out a specific license to
  79.        do so from Audit Planning Services.

  81.          - No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or
  82.            accepted, except as authorized below:

  84.              Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops)
  85.              may make Master Amortizer available for downloading only
  86.          as long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or
  87.              time-dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board
  88.              system is permitted as long as there is not a specific
  89.              charge for the download of Master Amortizer.

  91.              Vendors of user-supported or shareware software may
  92.              distribute Master Amortizer, subject to the above
  93.          conditions, without specific permission. Vendors may
  94.          charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which, when
  95.          pro-rated to the Master Amortizer product, may not
  96.          exceed three dollars.

  98.              Non-profit user groups may distribute Master Amortizer,
  99.              subject to the above conditions, without specific permission.
  100.              Non-profit user groups may charge a disk duplication fee,
  101.              which, when pro-rated to the Command Post product, may not
  102.              exceed three dollars.
